In undergoing the life, someone must had the ambition, that is a wish, the desire, the dream that is want and follow by means of the method that is positive without doing something that is consider by the negative, in the workplace usually had an employee who is assign as an office attendant he has the goal so that sometime in the future he becomes one of the management 's drivers, or An employee will have feelings sometime in the future he must become a supervisor or a manager, certainly this not easy he turn the hands palm.
There is a process that must be followed, preparations launched, preparations for the capacity, the self-confidence, and could be responsible, had the experience and the level of appropriate education for the position.
To become a driver certainly must have skills in driving, understood with the regulation and the traffic signs, seldom understood about the car machine and pass the exam to get the Driver Licence, this is not yet enough because someone the driver must also have the level of high patience and unemotional, everything want to become one of the management 's drivers of all these conditions must indispensable is owned.

Someone the ambitious employee wants to become the head of the sale or the Marketing Manager, certainly the employee must prepare with experiences in the sale field, he must have the capacity:
1) Product knowledge that is sold
2) How made the buyer want to be ask to listen to what is explain and interacted.
3) Made the buyer be attract by the thing that is sold by him.
4) Made the buyer buy the thing that is offer
5) And made the buyer become his customer.
6) Could coordinate and co-operate with the teams of the sale

Whereas to become a Marketing Manager, not only he could do what is done by the Sales Manager, but he must also have the capacity and:
1) could analyze the potential for the market
2) could determine the policy of the price, that benefit the company and to compete with the price of the competitor.
3) could determine exact time when the commencement held the promotion or the exhibition in events.
4) had the network of the strong customer.
5) knowledge about the power of his competitors, so as to be able to prepare a strategy that is exact in facing the competitor.
6) wise in leading the teams of the sale and his work staff.

So who had the right to have ambitions to become someone that once he wanted, the origin had the experience, the capacity and the feeling of high responsibility.” have a good day at work and reach the achievement.
