The true love is not located in what is done and known, but in what is done, whether is known or not, the true love could not be reveal with words, because, the love could be only felt in the spirit.
There is gotten by the sincerity and the integrity that did not expect some sort replies, like the love and the sacrifice of a mother to his child to be the shape of a true love that could not be consider and is replaced by anything, love of the mother brought the happiness for the child, this the meaning actually from a pure love, then, spread the love with the sincerity and the integrity, we will find the true happiness.
Likewise in carrying out the work in fact not for the interests of the company, work the identity is for the enjoyment ourselves, as long as we enjoy what is done by us did everything with responsibility and with all your heart, then anything results that we could, will cause the happiness that actually, even so is the reverse, if we work not with all your heart, then, the loss that will be received by us.

Be convinced, maximal results would we receive if we always genuinely fulfill the task and our responsibility, the salary increase, the honor, the acknowledgment from the other person, abundant money, the high-ranking position, and all the forms of the other success of the gift from our struggle personally.
But, more than all that, if we always did all the tasks of the sincerity and the love that are deep in the work, the gift that he thought far more significant from material would we could, namely true heart satisfaction
Love the work with all your heart, present results that are best from each task that is given, is enjoy by us each process of the work with the happy heart, then we will all feel that not as the burden, but as the happiness and pleasure.
