SELF MOTIVATION WITH APPRECIATING THE OTHER PERSON

That morning my Manager said:”that yesterday he angry with one of his employees”.
He is very angry because of the employee in carrying out the task that is given had not been finished, always not neater, and tend slow. in fact some works are help by several other employees that a part are different, in fact the colleague who help had the work and other responsibility that also must be completed, the lag in carrying out the work it is suspect deliberate is carry out by the employee, possibly in the hope that always is help by the other colleague.

Yesterday anger reach climax, the employee is called and is given by the warning.” is hoped for so that in carrying out his task must be fast, might not be help and appreciate the friend 's time that helped, if not having the change then the employee is ask to resign.

Indeed in a team of our work might not consider himself important, we must realize that in a team all that is done to on behalf of the team, we must study and must be able to appreciate the other person, appreciate the person 's other time, appreciate the person 's other exertion, so that we could be also appreciate by the other person, the work that is assign to us is our responsibility and must be complete well why we must appreciate the other person, certainly we must realize that our friend also had responsibility for the work that is given and had the time target to be able to complete his work.

We must dare to correct ourselves, why we are always slow in carrying out the work, want to neat, thorough or indeed already our characteristics. if want to neat and thorough, why we still in reprimand that our work is not neat always the disorder, not thorough always careless, if like that meaning that possibly already our characteristics that are not more thorough.

Because of that we must continue to motivate ourselves and to learn about all the weaknesses of the weakness to be in ourselves, we might not embarrass to join seminars about the identity, the self development, to increase the belief himself and the exercise so that not careless, not thorough, learn to appreciate the person 's other exertion, learn to be grateful to the person who help us, certainly we will also be appreciate by the other person, because that continue to the spirit, thorough, diligent neat and it is hop high-achieving.
